1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and GL777 ("GL777," "we," "our," "us"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at gl777.click. By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the GL777 service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in full.
If you are accessing the GL777 platform on behalf of another individual, you represent that you have the authority to bind that individual to these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the GL777 platform and close your account.

2 Eligibility
To open and maintain a GL777 account, you must meet all of the following conditions:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. GL777 strictly prohibits underage gambling.
- You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted under applicable law.
- You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or banned from gambling under any relevant law or regulation.
- You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or close relative of an employee of GL777 or any of its affiliated gaming providers.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
GL777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be underage, the account will be immediately closed, all winnings forfeited, and any deposited funds returned to the payment source used at registration.
3 Account Registration
3.1 One Account Policy
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active GL777 account. Opening, or attempting to open, more than one account – whether under your own name or a different name – is strictly prohibited. GL777 may use technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, GL777 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held within them.
3.2 Accuracy of Information
You are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information when registering your GL777 account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, address, email address, and phone number. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your GL777 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. GL777 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact our support team immediately.
3.4 Account Verification (KYC)
GL777 may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) before you are permitted to make withdrawals or in response to account activity that triggers a compliance review. Acceptable verification documents include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, UMID, SSS ID, driver's licence), proof of address, and – where applicable – proof of the payment method used.
4 Deposits & Payments
GL777 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfer, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (₱).
- The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular promotion.
- GL777 does not charge any fees for deposits. Third-party payment processors may apply their own charges, which are outside GL777's control.
- Deposit funds must originate from accounts or cards held in your own name. GL777 will not accept deposits made by or on behalf of third parties.
- GL777 may place holds on deposits pending verification review in accordance with its anti-money-laundering obligations.

5 Withdrawals
GL777 processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. Withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso (₱).
5.1 Processing Times
- GCash and Maya withdrawals: typically within 30 minutes of approval
- Bank transfers (BDO, BPI, UnionBank): same business day to next business day
- Visa/Mastercard: 3–5 business days depending on the issuing bank
5.2 Withdrawal Conditions
- Your GL777 account must have passed identity verification (KYC) before any withdrawal can be processed.
- If a bonus has been credited to your account, the associated wagering requirements must be fully met before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn.
- GL777 does not charge withdrawal fees. Third-party bank fees are outside our control.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if an account is under a compliance review. Players will be notified via email if this applies to them.
5.3 Withdrawal Limits

6 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific conditions stated on the relevant promotion page.
- Bonuses are available to players who meet the specific eligibility criteria stated for each offer.
- Each bonus is limited to one per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless otherwise stated.
- Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are always displayed on the Promotions page before you claim an offer.
- Certain games may contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates are published alongside each promotion.
- GL777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled, any wagering progress already made will be honoured.

7 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct
GL777 is committed to providing a fair playing environment for all registered players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tool designed to interact with GL777 games or the betting platform without human input.
- Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in games or the platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation will be voided.
- Collusion with other players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage in multiplayer games.

8 Game Rules & Results
All games available on GL777 are governed by the individual rules of each game, which are accessible from within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between the general Terms and the rules of a specific game, the game-specific rules take precedence for matters relating to gameplay.
Game outcomes on GL777 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software for digital games, and by the outcome of real-world events as captured by GL777's live dealer studios or sports data providers for live and sports markets. GL777 does not manipulate game outcomes.
In the event of a technical failure during a game round, GL777's technical logs shall be the definitive record of what occurred. GL777 will make reasonable efforts to resolve interrupted game rounds fairly, which may include voiding the round and returning the staked amount to the player's balance.
9 Responsible Gaming

10 Account Suspension & Closure
10.1 Voluntary Closure
You may request the closure of your GL777 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any remaining balance at the time of closure (excluding bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing.
10.2 GL777-Initiated Suspension or Closure
GL777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
- Provision of false or misleading registration information
- Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe
- Underage gambling
- Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months
Where an account is closed due to a violation of these Terms, GL777 may withhold all or part of the account balance pending the outcome of an investigation.
11 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GL777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service caused by factors outside our reasonable control (including internet outages, force majeure events, or third-party service provider failures).
GL777's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits GL777's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
12 Privacy & Data

13 Amendments to These Terms
GL777 may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When revisions are made, the updated version will be published on this page along with a revised "Last Updated" date at the top. 14 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of GL777 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
